Today started off as just another unproductive day. The only major difference was that Tevis was gone. I guess he is determined enough to actually get something done. I tried to work but Brian just dissed Jamie and ate.

Finally, at 4 we got moving and made a lot of progress. I almost finished the lower jib sheet clamp and the upper clamp was screwed down and is close to completion. I came up with a replacement for the ratchet Tevis was working on yesterday. It keeps the lower clamp open once the motor has been engaged for a few seconds to open the clamp. It works but it's based on a thin little piece of plastic duct taped down to the plate.

we finished clamp south and clamp north will probably be finished later today (meeting isn't adjourned yet).

we finished both clamps and tomorrow we will ''done'' building the inch worm and we can start perfecting. I however will not be there because I will be working on the poster. brian had issues with power, trying to take over (or trying to do everything) on the north end. I let him do the final bit because I had degenerated for the day. 4 days left and the count down is starting. brian and eric are sniping back and forth at each other but it's minor (or so I fervently hope).
