We all went to Brian's today. There was a transportation fiasco again and after the fiasco and snack, we started at 4:00. Maybe I should correct that. I started at about 3:55 while everybody else snacked and Jamie and Brain argued over Brian's future laptop. Every now and then, I would talk to Tevis about the device. I drilled the new rope holes much closer to the drive shaft. At about 4:20, Tevis took the upper plate upstairs and I think he and Jamie worked on their clamp but considering they were loud, they may have been discussing other things. At 4:30, Brian and I started work on the control box. Here's what we decided we needed:

• Safety On/Off, Circuit breaker
• Six terminal switch to make north clamp go in and out
• On/Off south end clamp deactivator
• Six terminal switch for lifter motor
• potentiometer for variable upper clamp mode
