Last night, I put together the switch Jamie and I needed to make the winder go up or down. Today, after the half day, Jamie and I built it. We tested it and it pretty much worked except that it didn't have enough power. I took it home to add another motor to get enough power. It took us about 3 hours to do it but I think we're almost done. I took a picture of it so I don't have to describe it in detail. Basically, you tie the rope around the barrel at the bottom and flip the switch to up.
