Official:

We explained ideas we have been working on and started on comparison chart. We got through 5 ideas and made a lot of progress. The chart is now on paper and is coming along well. We may need to make some changes in different dimensions on which we rate ideas.

Personal:

There was some trouble today with people interrupting each other but it wasn't too bad. I tried to ease up on my teammates but I don't know if I did a good job of it. I'm feeling a lot better than yesterday. After my prompting, Brian has gotten serious about journal and is writing about half a page per day.

Jamie:

today we presented our ideas and I don't think that the team understood the winder idea entirly: it would be one of the easiest to attach the rope, probobly a 4. 
    the inchworm idea sounds like a pretty good idea though I would bet on the winder, the cylander wheels and the treads on making it into the semi-finals
    treads and wheels are not as similar in design as I thought they would be: different frame, we could use either frame for either type of device: wheels or treads
